libgdiplus-6.1p1 – GDI+ comptible API

Description

Libgdiplus is the Mono library that provide a GDI+ compatible API on
non-Windows operating systems. This implementation uses Cairo
(http://www.cairographics.org) to do most of the heavy lifting.
